Hello all,
We are just one week away from our cross country banquet. We will be celebrating the season in the Holy Angels Auditorium. Start time is 6:00 pm.
IMPORTANT information for the parents to pass on to the athletes: This year each athlete will be paired up with another athlete , and write a letter of recognition. EVEN IF YOU CAN NOT ATTEND THE BANQUET YOU ARE EXPECTED TO SUBMIT A LETTER; as the person you are writing about most likely will be attending. You are encouraged to write something of value about one another. We are hoping to keep each entry to about a paragraph or so. Ideas of topics to write about : A fond memory from the season, something positive about the individuals character/ who they are as a person. Something funny (yet appropriate). I also encourage parents to check the letters before they are submitted for quality control. Thank you.
The DEADLINE for these letters will be Thursday November, 8th. You can submit the letter through team pages to Coach Dan Nelson. Thank you!

Tradition for tomorrow’s conference race is to have breakfast at Cathedral High School as a team. Therefore, we will be meeting at 7:25 (in the bio lab) to share breakfast together. Food will be provided. Tradition also has it that the kids dress up in a button up shirt, tie, slacks, and dress shoes for breakfast/ the whole day at school. So please have them looking sharp and ready to go tomorrow.

Also, post meet we will be taking the bus back to school per usual; and then heading to Haus of Pizza; for a team dinner. $10 (cash) will cover all you can eat pizza and tip. This is for the kids; rides can be coordinated within the team post dinner. If you prefer to pick up your child at Haus of Pizza you can do that as well.
Thank you and see you all tomorrow !
