Parents,
Bear with me here….. This afternoon I sent out an email with a post about food for the progressive workout. Earlier in the day, Patrick had posted more complete information about the progressive work out, but possibly missed sending out an email. I am re-posting his attached letter just to make sure everyone sees it. It has all the information you need to know about the workout, and about the the rest of the season. Please refer to this regarding the food. I’m sorry for any confusion! Please let me know if you have any questions.

Alexandria will be hosting their invitational on Saturday October 6th; as normal. However, we will no longer be participating. Racing Alexandria would put us at 3 races in a one week span. Not to mention the progressive run. We feel it is in the best interest of the boys to take that Saturday as an opportunity for an optional practice/ rest. I hope you all find this decision satisfactory. Thanks for everyone’s support and dedication to your children, and this program.
